500L Boomless Sprayer

This Boomless Paddock sprayer has a spread width of up to 30FT, covering large pastures very quickly. The small spray bar at the rear of the trailer has 3 spray nozzles which can be set to cover varying widths by easily adjusting the angle of the nozzle. Alternatively, the nozzles can be closed off independently should you wish to spray field boundaries.

The advantage of using this boomless spray bar opposed to a boomed machine, is that it doesn’t exceed the width of the trailer. Consequently, it can be ran up tight to fence and tree lines without damaging the boom. As the direction of the liquid is sprayed in the outward direction, this also means that when running close to perimeter fences, you can cover both sides of the fence; as often access can be tricky if the fence line is in close proximity to a steep bank etc.

The pump has a capacity of 19 Litres per minute and runs at 60PSI which can be regulated by the pressure relief valve on the manifold to increase or decrease the dosage being applied.

As standard for those hard to reach areas or fence post surrounds, the machine will come with a hand-lance with an adjustable nozzle which will allow the operator to adjust the spray pattern depending on the application required.
