At ATV Services Scotland Ltd, we are committed to customer satisfaction while ensuring a fair and efficient returns process. Please review our policy before making a purchase.
1. Check Before Purchase
- Please ensure you select the correct parts before completing your order.
- If you are unsure, contact us for guidance to avoid incorrect orders.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Parts priced under £30 + VAT.
- Electrical items, unless faulty.
- Custom or special-order items, unless defective.
3. Returns & Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Pre-approval is required before returning any item. Contact us at parts@atvservices.com before sending items back.
- Incorrect orders may be returned but will incur a handling fee of 20% of item returned value, deducted from the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
4. Refunds
- Once received, returned items will be inspected before a refund is processed.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Exchanges & Warranty Claims
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
- Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty can be returned or replaced under the warranty terms. Contact us for assistance.
6. How to Return an Item

- Securely package the item to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
