Our unique service packages offer an excellent way for you to manage your vehicle's servicing costs throughout its first 2 years while retaining the manufacturer's warranty in full.
The specific details of the schemes may vary depending on the product. However, the schedule outlined below provides an overview of the system mechanics and what you receive for your investment.
All packages must be paid for at the time of purchase along with your machines and are designed for vehicles with under 4000 miles per annum (alternative options are available for higher usage).
The plan includes:
- Labour
- Oils

- Fluids
- Spark Plugs
- Consumables
Exclusions from the plan encompass (but are not limited to):
- Washing (we request that all machines presented for servicing are clean)
- Wear parts (such as brake pads, etc.)
- Damage
PLAN SCHEDULE
- First Service/Check after the break-in period (dependent on machine requirements).
- Service at 6 months as per the manufacturer's schedule.
- Service at 12 months as per the manufacturer's schedule.
- Service at 18 months as per the manufacturer's schedule.
- Condition Check & Report at 23 months (not a service).
