Used ATV Reservation – Deposit Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation Deposit

A minimum reservation deposit of £200 is required to reserve a used ATV listed on our website.

Payment of the deposit will temporarily remove the vehicle from sale, subject to the terms below.

2. Reservation Period

The reservation deposit secures the vehicle for 48 hours from the time payment is received.

If the purchase is not completed, or further arrangements agreed in writing within this 48-hour period, ATV Services Scotland Ltd reserves the right to re-advertise and sell the vehicle without further notice.

3. Vehicle Description

All used ATVs are sold as described on our website and supporting sales information.

Used vehicles may show signs of wear consistent with age, mileage, and use. Customers are encouraged to ask any questions and request additional images or information prior to placing a deposit.

4. Deposit Refunds

The £200 reservation deposit is:

Refundable only if:

• The vehicle is found to be materially mis-described

• We are unable to supply the vehicle as advertised

Non-refundable if:

• The customer decides not to proceed for personal reasons

• The customer fails to complete the purchase within the 48-hour reservation period

This is due to the vehicle being removed from sale and marketing activity ceasing during the reservation period.

5. Subject to Viewing or Inspection

Any reservation made subject to viewing, inspection, or additional conditions must be agreed and confirmed in writing at the time the deposit is taken.

If no such condition is agreed in advance, the reservation is considered unconditional.

6. Balance Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full and cleared before collection or delivery of the vehicle.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the point of sale.

7. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of the vehicle remains with ATV Services Scotland Ltd until full payment has been received and cleared.

Risk passes to the customer on collection or delivery of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Warranty (if applicable)

If the vehicle is sold with a warranty, full warranty details will be provided prior to or at the point of sale.

Unless specifically stated, used vehicles are not sold with a manufacturer’s warranty.

9. Delivery

Delivery can be arranged at the buyer’s cost, subject to availability and location. Delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a reservation deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

ATV Services Scotland Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
